Brimstone Bar & Grill is open Sunday-Thursday 11am-9m and Friday and Saturday 11am-11pm, serving an expanded lunch and dinner menu. The Prairie Fire patio is open seasonally and is a great location to enjoy al fresco dining and live music.

Fox Theater – 2001 H St Bakersfield, 93301 – Just down the street from the Padre Hotel, the Fox Theater is a testament to the history and community of Bakersfield. One of only a few other Fox Theaters still in existence, you can stop in for a tour or a show. The Fox features shows from comedians, musicians, and has a weekly movie night open to the public.
