Greenhills Country Hotel, Jersey Enjoys a £1 million Makeover

Greenhills Country Hotel and Restaurant in Jersey is now better than ever, having recently reopened after an impressive £1.2 million refurbishment. The huge makeover has gracefully brought this  traditional 17th century granite farmhouse into the 21st century while still retaining all the period charm unique to the 340 year old building.

Eleven fabulously decorated new bedrooms have been added, and the bar, restaurant, lounge and reception areas have been completely overhauled to create welcoming spaces for guests to enjoy. To complement the refurbished restaurant, Chef Lukasz Pietrasz has created a new seasonal menu to showcase local produce, including freshly caught fish, island-grown vegetables and of course, world-renowned products such as Jersey Royal potatoes and Jersey milk.

Jersey is easy to reach – under an hour by plane from the mainland UK. The island’s natural beauty and calm pace of life are enchanting. Jersey is also perfect for springtime walks – from lovely valleys and country lanes in the centre of  the island to cliff-top paths and amazing beaches.

To celebrate this month’s re-opening, Greenhills is offering a special 3 for 2 break to Best Loved customers: stay for 3 nights and pay for only 2. See the Greenhills page on the Best Loved site for more information.
